Return Policy
Thanks for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, I'm here to make it right.
Returns
I accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
How to Return an Item
- Contact me at eric[@]ekgfx.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- I'll send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Ship the item back to us within [7] days of receiving return authorization.
- Once I receive the returned item, I'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the item is damaged or defective, I'll cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
Exchanges
I offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately at eric[@]ekgfx.com with your order number and photos of the item. I'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
